Our free job portal provides a common platform for both employers and job seekers to come together for their mutual benefit. On this platform, job seekers are encouraged to share their professional background and other relevant information with potential employers. YOUFROG serves as a liaison between employers and job seekers, helping to match the best candidate with the job opening. Our primary goal is to help young people find decent jobs that match their character and values. We believe that character is an essential component of a successful job search, and that skills can be taught but character is what sets individuals apart.
This is why we firmly stand by the saying, “Hire based on character.” At YOUFROG, we understand the importance of having a workforce that is not only qualified but also has the right character and values. Our job portal is designed to help young people find jobs that align with their character, and to help employers find the right candidates who will fit their company culture. With our platform, both employers and job seekers can benefit from a smooth and efficient hiring process that leads to successful career outcomes.
Statistics
We haves successfully established clubs in all SHSs and Technical institutions in both Tamale Metropolitan Assembly and Sagnarigu Municipal Assembly. A comprehensive data of over 1000 apprentices have also been captured in the preceding assemblies.
